RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. when purchasing a ready gift box or creating your own all orders are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. We take great pride in ensuring your gift is delivered in the best condition possible. We only offer exchange on items purchased domestically (Jordan) through "shop" within 7 days of shipping the items. products must be returned in their packaging and in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet our standard.
In order to receive a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and have not been used or altered in any way. unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable. to process your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
DAMAGES
In the unlikely event your gift box has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you! We kindly require a photo of the damage, as well as all original packing material to be kept for courier inspection. Once we have reviewed the images, we will determine the appropriate compensation.
