STANDARD SHIPPING PROTOCOL
Our gift boxes and items are artisan in nature and proudly made to order! once you place your order, allow 1-3 business days for production plus transit time for delivery, not including the date your order was placed - For example, if you place your order on a Monday, the latest your gift would ship out would be on Thursday.
Important exception: Orders requiring customisation (i.e. our add-your-own-logo program orders, personalised gift tags, customised tent cards, and/or monogrammed items) are subject to production times of 10 business days plus transit time. large bulk orders may also involve extended production times depending on the size. Should the production time exceed the lead times outlined above, we will reach out and provide you with an accurate ETA based on the size of your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The total amount presented in the order confirmation page shall be inclusive of handling, delivery and/or shipping fees. The total amount does not include custom charges, if any apply, and you hereby agree and acknowledge that you are responsible for payment of custom charges of your country and will not claim such amounts from us at any time.
WEATHER DELIVERY/SHIPPING
Please note that ordering items that may be negatively impacted by weather is at your own risk. Quality upon delivery of these items cannot be guaranteed by Chamber Gyld. Chamber Gyld will not issue refunds as a result of melting regardless of the time of year.

During the holidays, shipping can sometimes be affected due to an increase in demand. this is especially true during high seasons such as Christmas, Ramadan, and other holidays. gift boxes and items that are artisan and made to order can take longer to ship than other items, and delays due to shipping couriers and transit are also possible. To avoid these delays, it is important to plan ahead and order gift boxes and items as early as possible. in addition, customers should be aware of the potential for delays and plan accordingly.
